Certain information required in Mesa Air Group, Inc.'s ("Mesa") Form 11-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008 necessary for an accurate and full completion of the report could not be provided within the appointed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. Mesa anticipates that it will be able to file the 11-K within the time period prescribed in Rule 12b-25(b)(2)(ii).
