Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Mesa Air Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that, effective April 14, 2023, Bradford R. Rich, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, has retired from the Company. The operating positions previously reporting to Mr. Rich will report directly to Michael J. Lotz, the Company’s President. Mr. Lotz has served as President of the Company since 2000 and served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer from 1998 to 2008.
