Tyler Campbell

Vice President, Safety and Security

Tyler Campbell returned to the position of Vice President of Safety and Security, a position he held from 2016 - 2018, in October 2019 after serving in the role of Vice President of Training. Campbell was previously the and Director of Safety from 2012-2016. He began with the company in 2006 as a Flight Safety intern in the Safety Department. In 2007, he was promoted to SOC Flight Crew Tracker and later in 2007 he returned to the Safety Department as an OSHA/EPA Coordinator.

Over the next five years, Campbell took on roles with increasing responsibility, including serving as Mesa’s Emergency Response Coordinator, IEP Auditor, Manager of Operations Safety and Manager of Regulatory Programs.

Campbell graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Management Technology from Arizona State University in 2006 and is qualified as a CRJ first officer.
